Not a dumb question at all!  It's the date on the notice you recieved from the USCIS when they recieved your i130 petition that said what service center you were assigned to at the bottom.  Under your receipt number you will see two dates: received date and a priority date.  That's the PD date everyone refers to.

Oh got it! I filed it away a long time ago. So my PD date is 06/05/2020. Ugggh still waiting.

You didn't get a notification yet that they are actively reviewing your case, like on the USCIS website?

Nope! I really believe my case is complicated, so I just have to be super patient. Denied in 2010 with life ban. We are trying again per our lawyer it’s a 50/50 chance, we were willing to take it

There seems to be some movement there!  Our PD was 3/17/21 and we got Actively Reviewing on 8/13/21.  Hope you get your NOA2 soon.  Keep us posted!

When I got my first NOA , it said California. Then I got the second NOA about acceptance of online account it said Potomac , then as I found out that something should be corrected on my NOA. I send a request about it.after two week. Got an email from  an officer from Potomac saying that my request was forwarded to Nebraska service center and the correction will be corrected at the time of reviewing my case by an officer from Nebraska. That makes sense since I live in Colorado. My service center has to be Nebraska service center .

Wow that's crazy!  So did you get your NOA2 yet?  Or are they actively reviewing you i130?

I still have long time to go. Few more months to review my case I guess.I just applied less than 2 month. But you never know.I ve read topics about some cases got approved quicker at the Nebraska service center.check  igors monthly time line.
