On the Processing Times tab on this site there is a list of centers and what date they are processing.  It says August 12, 2021 for Vermont.  When was your NOA1 date?

Yeh i dont think that processing time is correct.

My PD is June 23rd, active review November 30th.

Few members on this site i have seen from May who haven't heard anything since AR either so i not sure where its pulling August 12th from

Hi guys,

Yeah it's  really been a frustrating wait. It seems Vermont has slowed down quite a bit. But I saw someone from the 5th of May get approved on the 14th of Dec so it seems they are processing late April/Early May. Will keep you posted if we get approved soon. Hopefully in the next few days but honestly who knows. With the holiday season I can't imagine anyone is being productive.

Actively reviewing can be deceiving as it sounds like they are about to approve like the next day, but it's not usually the case, however it is a good sign as it means they are looking at your case, or that it's been touched so to speak so you are making progress.   Hope you hear something soon!

It sounds like you're probably already aware of this but for those who don't know:

Click on the Immigration Timelines tab, then scroll down to US Visa & USCIS Immigration Timelines & Stats then look for ball.gif IR1/CR1 Spouse Visa Timelines [ Stats ] [ Trends ] .   on the filter you can select Vermont for  Serv. Center (Xfer): and it will show you all of the members who have been transferred to Vermont.  In the I-130 NOA2 column if you click on the little down arrow to the left of I-130 it will list the most recent approvals first.  Like you said, someone from May just got approved and also someone from April.    There are also people who got their NOA1 in 2020.  (It doesn't show when they got AR.)  I know that Vermont's official processing time has recently been reduced drastically so I think things are moving faster.  Looking ahead to what's required at the NVC might help as you are waiting.   Form 1864 and Form DS 260 have to be filled out and you need up to 3 years of tax transcripts so you can start tracking those down.  Hang in there!  Good luck to everyone!  Here's the link to that chart and a screenshot below:

I did a quick search and couldn't find a relevant thread.  One was for K1 visa and some too old.  You can always start a new thread. :)

Thank you for sharing. Looking at those dates would suggest June NOA1 are still likely 1 or 2 months wait still to go. Here was me hoping for an early Christmas present 😀

Haha well don't give up hope!  Things can jump ahead quickly sometimes.  Good luck to you both! : D

The actively reviewing can be quick or take some time. What I would suggest in the meantime while you wait have a look at the civil documents required for the NVC stage. Unabridged versions of documents can sometimes take a lot of time to get depending on where you are from. This will save a lot of time during the NVC stage :)

Our K3 visa was denied today. I'm hoping it's because they will soon approve the I130.

ah hopefully that is what is happening!

I gave in and applied for the K3 on the 15th December so I still have a while to wait even if that does help. The fact there is all these little backdoor tricks  to try and get them to look at your case is ridiculous.

Either way I hope over next day or two you see an approval for your I130!
