My green card was issued in 2015. I made trips out of the US for over six months, but less than a year. During that time, my spouse was living in the US. I returned to the US permanently in June 2017 and have not left the US since then. My wife and I both work and now own a house in the US.
In January 2021, I applied for citizenship (N-400), and it was flagged a point that there was a break in "Continuous Presence" I completed the entire form but could not justify my spouse's presence. Also, I will like to know what type of documents can prove her residence in the US during my absence. She did not work during my absence.

Your spouse is not a USC?

Your break in continuous residence can be overcome by proving (you) maintained a residence, drivers license, vehicles, insurance, bank accounts, credit cards, retirement accounts, utilities, cell accounts, etc for the entire time you were out.  Takes some digging but if you planned well you should have most of that.
