Question about response to petition time (Split)

Gudmoring,my husband is a us citizen,file for me and USCIS approve it and sent it to nvc October 2020 and till now haven't receive my letter,I'm seriously worried and concerned about the whole situation pls does anyone know what's wrong pls,I will really appreciate if I can get a genuine reply

Only the USC can call NVC

and you will not get a notice at this time

the USC will get a notice telling him to send documents and pay fees (not in that order)

 

Create a timeline to your account 

and u are in Nigeria so this is going to take time
