you will get a notice of the CSB (Casablanca embassy #) from NVC when they receive your case

notice will direct u to pay the 2 fees

after acceptance saying fees paid ,,  then and only then can you fill out the I 864  and the Mococcan can do the DS260

all instructions will come with the notice

and are on the guides above or

from the US embassy in Casa

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/CSB-Casablanca.html

you can gather your IRS transcripts now for 2019 and file taxes ASAP so 2020 are done as you will need them

the 2 criminal reports "fiche anthropomtrique" and "; Court record (casier judiciare) " with the English translations but one of them expires in 90 days so do not get them untill  asked for

Going through a similar process and stumbled upon your response.  Thank you for that.

Though, I have a question; Do we really need two criminal records?  Based on their requirement, it seems like the court record is only required if convicted of a crime.  Otherwise, only the police record is required (which expires in 90 days).

Thoughts on that?

2 are needed for the Casa embassy

1 is a record of driving (even if you do not have a license and drive)

the other is a criminal report that shows No issues

the court and prison records are for those who have an offense totally different than the 2 needed reports

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/CSB-Casablanca.htm

Court and criminal records, sworn English translation, and a photocopy.

Interesting, but VERY helpful!!! Thank you.

Is this something requested for the interview, or during the NVC process as an upload?  According to the link you shared, they are listed as pre-interview.  I'd like to time everything, so I am hoping to get a sense of when this is needed based on your experience.

Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot!

These are all required to be submitted to the CEAC online site during the NVC processing stage   No interview will be scheduled until the NVC has received and assessed all documentation.
This link is to the NVC processing guide and should be thoroughly read and reread as you progress through the application. Very very important to be thoroughly versed with the process

you need to have these for the NVC stage (copy to scan into CEAC site)  she will take the originals to the interview

and BTW do not worry about the one that expires in 90 days,  it will be accepted
