Potomac Processing Center

The problem with ours is we don't know where it is! My USCIS account says Nebraska & my receipt notice say Nebraska but when I messaged through my account they said check Potomac processing times. I called USCIS & the agent couldn't tell me one way or another! Very confusing!

This is exactly what happened to me too. NOA1 said Nebraska but Ask Emma agents say its at Potomac.

me too 。。NOA1 both online and paper letter said Nebraska but ask EMMA said it's at Vormont

Same here! NOA1 from Nebraska, ask Emma agent told us it's in Potomac but didn't sound too sure about it. This whole extended wait time would be a lot easier if they just gave us a few updates and didn't keep us so much in the dark about everything! It's literally our whole lives they are deciding here, not like we might be interested in that lol

I am pretty sure that EVERYONE is now getting the electronic receipt from Nebraska. I think that's the default, or perhaps they process the initial electronic receipts at Nebraska. Either way every recent NOA1 I have seen starts at Nebraska. You will see the address at the bottom of your paper copy. For example, I called USCIS and they said our petition was in California. Sure enough, the paper copy that arrived later had the California service center address at the bottom.

my paper copy said Nebraska too.but when i asked EMMA said vermont..
