Why do u say so?

Personally I would prefer a decision in 4 weeks instead of 2 months. Given this is an I-90 to replace a green card, it means that your green card will take 4-5 weeks (at least) to arrive.

On the plus side, the longer it takes for your new green card to go into production, the later its expiration date. Thus you won't have to deal with this overwhelmed and incompetent agency as soon as you would have to if it were competent.

As a green card holder I considered myself a guest of the USA (and CBP certainly made it clear it considered me as such), and if the USA didn't want me here, I would have welcomed a quick decision. I would have been more than happy to go elsewhere where I was wanted, and very happy to take my liquid assets with me. So a speedy decision either way was what I wanted with my I-90.

Haha 😁 Okay. Is slow with uscis coupled with all the problems at usps is just too much. Thanks for the reply. I'll arrange my timetable accordingly.
