Fx2 visa type child of lpr under 21

I’m child of lpr under 21 just had interview 03/30/21 had to submit more documents consulate preferred to send them soon I did but mr

My status hasn’t changed it still at refused since 30th  I’m worried if I age out before getting my visa ?any one like me how long till they update visa status after submitting documents????

When will you age out?

It has been a week.  You need to give it time.  More patience my friend. 

^ this. In fact CSPA age freezes even before interview, when DS260 etc are submitted after priority date is current.

It could take some weeks for them to review the documents, they won’t drop everything else they are doing to check your documents when they come in... it is probably somewhere in an in-tray of similar such documents..

Hi, I hope everything goes smooth for you.  When was your priority date and when your case became DQ. And what country you had your interview in.
