Looking for an honest-based company that could help prepare the paperwork for the Visa visitor visa in New Delhi to the USA

But why??  There is no paperwork, sponsorship, petitioning or anything for a B visa.  You apply and your application is judged based on the strength of your ties to your country.

Thank you I’m having trouble finding ds160 form itself

It will be on the website of your country's US embassy.  It's the visa application form.

Quick Google search brings up the official page first result

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/forms/ds-160-online-nonimmigrant-visa-application.html

You should also check the traveldocs page from india which is linked from the embassy website
