Hello I am a U.S citizen and I applied for my wife. We DQ October 10th 2020 and my Priority date April 14th 2021. I just found out my wife is pregnant with our 1st child, what should I expect in-terms of immigration issues and when can I expect an interview date from NVC at Islamabad embassy.

Thank you !

Your priority date is two weeks in the future?

Your DQ date is what NVC will use to determine priority for interview.   Timing will all depend on how quickly they deal with the pandemic backlog

YMMV

Your Priority Date is not relevant since you're a US citizen petitioning for a spouse.

Because of the huge backlog of cases at the NVC, it could be a while before your wife gets an interview and there's always the possibility of AP taking a long time.  No one can tell you when you can expect an interview date because the current situation with COVID and Trump's ban is unprecedented.

Being pregnant will not interfere with the immigration process.   Your wife can immigrate to the US pregnant or not.  Being pregnant will not speed up the process or slow it down.

If your wife gets her visa and is pregnant, she can immigrate to the US and have the baby here.

If your wife gives birth in Pakistan, then you will need to file a CRBA for your child and obtain a US passport for your child.  This assumes that you have lived in the US for at least 5 years (2 years after age 14) and can pass US citizenship on to your child.  Your US citizen child will enter the US with their US passport.

Note that if your child is born in Pakistan, and you are able to do a CRBA, your child will be a dual citizen (Pakistan has unrestricted birthright citizenship, and the child would also inherit citizenship through the mother)

I have not receive an interview date for my wife either still waiting. I did submit an email inquiry and was told we are waiting for NVC to schedule interview based on embassy availability.
