I haven't been on here in a while but any updates from anyone who filed back in June 1st of 2021 had my interview at Oakland Park FL January 14th and my status Still says schedule for interview. I think this week puts me past the 120 days waiting period. My timeline says 23 days.

The 120 day window doesn't mean anything anymore. I submitted my application August 2020, did my interview July 2021. Online status still says "interview scheduled" haven't heard anything since. It's really frustrating.

N-400 Application for Naturalization

Day    00 - 08/31/20 - Submitted online N-400 application. ROC still pending. Requested combo interview.

Day    01 - 09/01/20 - NOA received online. Status says biometrics appt letter will be sent. (PD 08/31/20)

Day  141 - 01/20/21 - Biometrics reuse letter

Day  233 - 04/22/21 - ROC approved, no news on N-400

Day  288 - 06/18/21 - Interview scheduled

Day  332 - 07/30/21 - Successful interview. No decision yet.

Day 758  - 09/28/22 - Oath ceremony will be scheduled

Day 870 - 01/18/23 - Oath ceremony complete

@bunkx, it is sad that you been delayed . Did you trying contacting USCIS ? One must not give up . You have waited a long time enough and I honestly do not think they are reviewing anything , it is just intentional delay tactics

Hi,

 Date of Application:1/7/2021

Date of Interview: 4/25/22

Status:Decision cannot be made

I get an update today (5/18) on my case that My Oath has been scheduled and I see the letter with a date for June 1 on  the website. But not sure another status update of my case is under review and nothing is needed from my side. Is this expected

Congratulations! This is good news!!

I filed in January 2021 and my interview was October 2021. They handed me a paper stating 'decision could not be made'. Still waiting to to hear back something back from USCIS. Every time I call them or check status I get same reply- working on the case. It's just so frustrating.

You are not alone, I had an interview last October as well, still waiting. I had one service request filed by USCIS representative, however, they just responded with an extension to wait another 4 months.

Thanks Shugi123. My question was after getting the oath schedule letter the status has changed to reviewing application. I am a bit confused, should I go to the path ceremony on June 1 or not.

I think you should. Do you have a letter with all the details like date, time and place of Oath with confirmation number on the letter? If so then you should go.
