Hello, i'm Tomo From Montenegro And Wanted To Ask One Question About My Application.

My Uncle Filed Petition For my Father F4 i-130 in 11/16/2005

We Got Approved in 10/01/2009 , in April 2019 Filed DS-260 Online (CEAC) Paid All Fees And Approved DS-260, Now Waiting For Schedule Interview , My Question Is: i Was Protected Under CSPA In That Time Final Visa Bulletin Become Current (April 2019) , Now Time is Running Now i'm Close To 26 Years ,

What You Think Will i Get Visa With Parents? Will CSPA Freezes My Age in That Time Final Become Curent For us? or What is Proccedure?

 

I know Delays From COVID-19 And Stil Temporarily Banned to Finish Interview in Belgrade

Priority Date: 11/16/2005

 

Aproved Date: 10/01 /2009

Your CSPA age was locked in under 21 when the PD became current and you filed the DS-260 within one year.  Retrogression and Trump's ban will not affect you.  You are fine.  You will get to immigrate with your father.
