I called NVC this morning and the IVR said "The NVC is awaiting the return of the biographic forms from the petitioner."

What do you suppose this means?

I returned the DS230 a few weeks ago, and the I864 was generated last week or so, so I'm still waiting on receipt of that. Any thoughts about what the 'biographic forms' are? So confused....

Your timeline says DS 230 was generated on June 25, but you said you returned DS 230 few weeks ago? Its only been a week (not definitely few weeks) since your Ds 230 was generated. Did you send DS 230 before NVC generated it? In that case, they may not accept the DS 230 that you mailed them. Yes, When you hear that automated NVC message, it means they generated your DS 230 packet and if they have received yours, it is being reviewed by them. But I am confused with your timeline and language that you mailed DS 230 few weeks ago, though your timeline says it is generated on June 25.

Now, it makes sense. Your first post confused me. So the automated message means that NVC is reviewing your DS 230 packet now. They may have done reviewing your I-864 packet. So you are in a great shape now.
