Hey, i wanted to ask you if you used UPS or USPS? I used USPS and it arrived to the P.O box on the same date as yours, but i still have no answer. I wonder if that is because USPS doesnt deliver directly to USCIS and the mail needs to get picked up from the postal office.

Thank you and good luck on your case!

I used USPS.

We will be mailing in our package next week. Finalizing everything now. Our window opens up on the 25th.

I was looking at the December 2020 thread and it seems like some people have already received their 10 year GC in March. Not holding my breath, but it is encouraging to see that it's going fast for some people.

Probably through SRC? All other centers appear extremely slow.

Hi there,

I am sharing with the group my ROC timeline:

RoC

04-19-2021: Package mailed through UPS overnight

04-20-2021: Package delivered

It looks like USCIS is a little bit backed up but they are working to reduce the times to acknowledge receipt of the application. Hopefully, we get our notification soon. Thanks.

Question for y'all - the USCIS website has this note on the same page as where you download the i-751 form saying to continue using the expired form to file but that a new one is on the way -- anyone have any idea when a new form is coming/has anyone had issues with them rejecting it? Thinking I should include a screen shot of that from their website incase I get someone new adjudicating LOL.

Edition Date

12/02/19. We will publish a new version of this form soon. In the meantime, you may continue using the 12/02/19 edition despite the expiration date. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Dates are listed in mm/dd/yy format.

Another question, in the I-751 instructions the following is said:

If you previously filed certain applications, petitions, or requests on a paper form via a USCIS Lockbox facility, you may have received a USCIS Online Account Access Notice issuing you a USCIS Online Account Number. If you received such a notice, your USCIS Online Account Number can be found at the top of the notice.

For those who have gone through the K1 process and now after the 2-year GC are filing for removal of conditions, did you ever receive one of these "USCIS Online Account Numbers?"

Hi @SMK 89USCIS Online Account Number is created online on USCIS website. You have to sign up to get USCIS Online Account Number. You can fill this blank if you don't have one. I fill it blank.

For the expiration date of form i-751, we don't know when they going to release the new one. I was Thinking the same like you as well before i sent mine. But It's what it is. Only USCIS and Government knows about it.

Because of this very fear, I checked their website the morning of the day I shipped by package. Cannot be too sure haha.
