If memory serves correct. if married and in the country for 3 years, you can also apply for citizenship correct, even if you have a pending removal of conditions case?

I think of it as 3/3/3 rule....3 years of being married to US citizen, 3 years of having green card and 3 years that your spouse has been US citizen.  You can apply 90 days before your GC 3 years issue date and having a pending i-751 is OK (best to let USCIS know that you have pending I-751 when applying for N-400).

All the best.

Yes. N400 can be filed 3 years from the issuance of first green card and not 3 years from wedding anniversary.

Edit: 3 years minus 90 days because of the 90 day early application window.

Congratulations! Are you the first and only for April Filers?

Wow, so you got your 24mth extension letter and then directly the GC?

I am a little worried as I completed my Biometric in July, was expecting to get the interview letter, but instead got a 24mth extension letter this month.

3 years minus 90 days? i didnt realize naturalization had a 90 day app like the 10-year GC I-751!

Just noticed: As of December 23, 2021, our case is ready for interview. Now waiting for the letter with the scheduled interview. We are out of MSC.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Sure. How is the new one different? Are you locking edits so people don't delete stuff?

No.  There is no difference.  While back there were a lot of issues with data corruptions.  One of the VJ users spent some time and moved everything to a new url.  It basically works same way but we have not had any issues since it was moved.
