Received NOA 1 letter for 18 months extensions today 04/23. Got the text message two days ago 04/21.  So blessed with the smooth process. Hope it will continue the same for all of us.

You got an 18m ext on 4/30 then a 24m in Nov?😳

Did anyone have a date discrepancy on their NOA to extend your Green Card? My NOA's "notice date" is 5/2/21 but I didn't get this til November. Usually you'd get a document within a week or two from the notice date depending on USPS, correct?

Correct, maybe it is going to take them a little longer to get us the GC. Not sure.

May-06-2019 - Received Hardcopy Letter of Approval in the Mail

May-07-2019 - Status change - You will receive your Green Card by May 22, 2019

May-13-2019 - Card was Delivered to me by the Post Office - I-485

 

Petition to Remove Conditions -> I-751

February-02-2021 - Window to File Opened

March-05-2021 - Shipped package to Arizona dropbox via UPS

March-09-2021 - Package arrived to USCIS according to UPS shipping

April-07-2021 - Package returned due to Rejection - Outdated Forms

April-08-2021 - Shipped package back to Arizona after making corrections

April-12-2021 - Package was Received

April-30-2021 - Received the text message that the package was received and the check has been cashed, Back on Track, NOA Received with 18 months extension letter

May-11-2021 - Received Notice of Case updated to show fingerprints were taken

July-04-2021 - Moved and sent in Change of Address Form, NOA response immediately online

November-09-2021 - Received Second Extension Letter for 24 months

December-14-2022 - Received Permanent Resident Green Card

That notice date reflects when you were issued the first letter. In other words, this new extension of 24 months began when they accepted your paperwork back in April/May and not Nov.

04-15-2022: Biometric reused; case being actively reviewed

12-09-2022: Interview scheduled for 01-20-2023

01-20-2023: Recommended for approval, Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

01-23-2023: Oath ceremony scheduled for 02-16-2023

02-16-2023: Oath taken, naturalized, journey OVER!!

It was surprised USCIS didn't give me text or email notification when i got approved. I just saw on USPS information that i got letter from USCIS. And then i checked my Case status on USCIS website that was saying they sent the card to my address. So, i notice it might be Greencard. Turn out the first thing i received was the letter of approval from USCIS. And then few days after, i received the real GC.

Also got 24 month extension letter today in the mail. Still no confirmation that biometrics was completed (website with case never updated).

If memory serves correct. if married and in the country for 3 years, you can also apply for citizenship correct, even if you have a pending removal of conditions case?
