No, it's not a required document for I-751.

We did not include our marriage certificate, either. USCIS should have it on file electronically from the original immigrant visa, assuming the visa stated IV DOCS IN CCD.

@M@K12, the I-751 instructions do not list marriage certificate as a required document. They also do not list proof of US citizenship. Yet, I see people get RFEs for either one or both.

We included our marriage certificate, proof of US citizenship, as well as a copy of my husband's unexpired passport.

Up to you, of course.

Thank you all for great inputs. I did not wanted to take any risk, so I included marriage certificate, US passport copy of my wife, my unexpiered passport.

My Last day is June 22 2021. So I don't want to be delayed to get extension letter. I have sent docs via USPS one day priority mail.

Appreciated all of your support. :)

Mine was rejected too. They sent the package back and I resent it on may 17 .I haven’t received the noa1.

They sent the package last April 28 then mailed it back April 29.

Then we noticed they encashed our check last May 20. Received the extension letter May 25. Now, I'm not sure if they're gonna waived the biometrics. As per checking at portal still "Case Received".

Goodluck 😊🙏🏻

Couldn't find it. Can you link/scrennshot please?

Sorry I misunderstood what was written.  it say that the form is only accepted for lockbox and I thought that we were no longer using a lockbox due to the only one address.  I included the form with my I-751 just in case and received my text and email the day after check was cashed. sorry for any misinformation.
