Thanks! Do you happen to know if there's a "SRC Processing Time" thread? I tried searching... but without much luck. I did see a few of the other service center threads... so was curious if there's one for ours.

The next step is an interview letter, correct? Or a waiver if they decide not to interview...? Curious which they're doing more of currently? We sent a pretty solid package with a longgg relationship history leading there. 👍🙂

With how fast they are moving, who even needs to track it! :D

Here's the spreadsheet that tracks all service centers. It pulls data from the monthly spreadsheets I believe: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/763046-i-751-spreadsheets-compiled-by-service-center/

Maybe there is something wrong and they send the package back, but wait little more. You can not call uscis because you dont have a uscis number for your case.

They might take up to 6 weeks or even longer to process your packet so I wouldn't worry just yet. Calling is definitely a good idea though.

I actually called them and they looked up my Alien number and said to call once a week, but it can take 60 days for them to "receive" a form. They said not to submit a new form until I wait those 60 days, so one more month waiting...hopefully I wont wait to find out they lost my package

Highly unlikely for the packet to be lost once received. Worst case scenario is it being returned.

Don't worry, you'll surely get the notification soon.

Hey everyone my window opened April 13th have not filed yet, I am collecting evidence still (technically only affidavits). I am hoping to submit by 05/25 the latest

2 questions:

1. does the sworn affidavits need to be original copies. I am having them notarized and I was hoping to send in scanned copies of them, but I was wondering maybe I should send the original copies.

2. What happens if I send in my paperwork and I have not received my NOA letter by my expiry date? what can I do? Looks to me right now that its taking 21 days for most people to get their NOA letters. I will still be okay since my expiry is July 12th

Thanks in advance

1.  Affidavits are a waste of time unless you don't have any other evidence at all.  They carry no weight, and anyone can produce an affidavit to say anything.  They are not required.  I would avoid them.

2.  Nothing happens.  Your status does not expire when your Green card does.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I think i will remove the notarized affidavits and keep them for reference if RFE is required with other evidence.

I think I have plenty of evidence, I just worry because the deed to our house was technically signed over to include me on March 31st 2021.

We bought our house in 2019, and according to Georgia law I owned 50% of it even though I was not on the deed so we never did it until we noticed it would be good reference to have for the filing.

I have other evidence that shows that we've been living in our home since 2017, like utility bills in his name and in my name, driver's license, bank accounts with our address, bank statements in my name/his name and multiple transactions on credit cards (one in his name/one in my name) with home decor, groceries, utilities etc... Copies of credit cards with same #s on them. I even have letters from banks stating authorized users of credit cards or checking accounts. I had to rebuild credit so I had to have my own credit card to do so, since my credit did not transfer from Canada. Of course I included taxes from 2019,2020. Travel itineraries, pictures, emergency contact letters from employers, security account beneficiary statements, rental agreements. I even included a signed contract for our wedding celebration party in 2022.

Should I still omit the affidavits, or keep them because of the deed date?
