By the way, do they send an email to the address listed in G1145 or only text? I’m outside of the country now so I won’t be able to get a text on that number I used.

Good luck to everyone!

Assuming it works the same as the G-1145 for the I-130 submission, you will receive a text message as well as an email to the provided email address. We're about a week or so away from our receipt confirmation (based on recent timelines), so I'll be able to verify soon.

Hi!

I mailed my package on 04/05 and I haven't received any updates. Also my greencard only expires in the beginning of August. Is there any chances to be rejected? If I get, Do I receive my package back or do they keep it ? Thank you!

Hi @AlexJP from what I have read it will be rejected as it will be received prior to the 90 day window. You will receive the package back. Seems like that takes over a month from what I've seen, although I do not have personal experience of this.

Based on data from previous months, Potomac center takes about a month / 5 weeks to send biometric letter. Several February filers have gotten this letter but no one in March appear to have received such letter.

Lol, thanks. Being involved on this board and 'wasting' time on the forum helps me keep my sanity during this wait. 🤣
