Hi, just had my interview a couple of days ago regarding my N400(3 years) and I 751( i751 was approved the next day). I received in RFE because I owe 2021 taxes, I do have a payment plan agreement but it is from a debt collector of irs, they requested a signed agreement from IRS. Should i send the one that i have with the debt collector and receipt of payment because it will take a lot of time to get the one from irs because i will need to call the debt collector to send my info to irs ( will take 30 days for irs to get it) and I only have 20 days to send those info to USCIS.

Please I need advice 🙏

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Congratulations! You're legal beyond 2025, even if your extension letter expires. Only immigration judge can terminate your LPR status.

Thanks :) I thought the expiratins was from the time the green card expired? Anyway, good to know it is longer just in case.

Your status is indefinite until you break residency terms and immigration judge decides to take it away. The proof (Green Card) has expiration, yes. But then you can get ADIT stamp to prove status if letter expires.

Holy cow! My wife's case was approved on the 14th and the card is on the way without an interview. I am MSC. What a pleasant surprise lol.

We were transferred to our local office back in February 2022.

In October, the status changed to "Fingerprints were taken" (learnt from other posts it was just a glitch).

We did not file an N-400 and we're still waiting for an interview to be scheduled. 😕

In your case it could be just to "expedite" things and there is a chance that the case will be approved soon.

BTW, every case around us was approved back when we were transferred.

What is the typical processing time from the time the card is ordered to arrival?
