There's no new extension, there is ADIT (I-551) stamp in passport valid for 1 year.

hmm. why would he state that you would call in 60 days prior to expiration for a new extension? Guess we will find out soon, hopefully the case will be interviewed by then.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

You can only call in to request an appointment for the new i551 stamp within 60 days of the expiration of your i551 stamp.

Because USCIS tier 1 is a pile of rocks.  If you already have a 2-year extension letter, there will be no new extension letter as 2 years is currently the maximum (though USCIS may issue 3-year letters in the future, who knows).  After that, you need to call USCIS for an InfoPass appointment to get an I-551 stamp.  Unlike the extension letter, you may use the I-551 stamp by itself for US re-entry, even without the expired green card.

I am happy to report that today while checking my daily USPS Informed Delivery email to see what I'll be expecting in my mailbox, there was a letter from DHS.

Oh - I did submit the biometrics ~3 mths after the NOA, I guess the portal just didn't record that as a status update

I never receive my 10 years Green card(21 months) but I did send my N400 application in July 2022, I just got a letter for my interview without getting my green card. Do you think they will give me my certificate of naturalization without having the 10-year green card when I pass the test?

@Cacilie you have to get I-751 approved. Be prepared for a combo interview. If you're still married have your US citizen spouse with you. It can go either way:

- They'll do N-400 and say you have to wait for decision because of I-751

- They won't even do N-400 once they learn you have I-751 pending and reschedule you

- They will do combo I-751 and N-400 interview.

I know it doesn't say anything, but anyone else having issues with status not showing as available? Been that way for me for since Friday.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Yes, if you various threads, people report the same. Seems like IT issue at USCIS.

On another note, who has gotten their 48 month letter? Still waiting, but hoping a green card instead :)
