I have a question, I know it doesn't pertain to your submission directly and I appreciate all help that I can receive.

My PR expires on 07/01/2021. Tomorrow will make it the deadline date for submission.

My husband submitted our forms and other information today and sent it off however he forgot to enclose the money order payment.

He posted all the documents via express mail so there's no way of possibly retrieving it.

Is there anyway I can still submit the payment without submitting the forms again tomorrow on the actual due date?

Tomorrow is when your window to file for ROC will open. The deadline is the date when your conditional GC expires. You have 90 days to file for removal of conditions.

As there was no payment, the whole packet you sent will be returned.

I guess you'll need to wait until then to send it again.

If I resubmit the application tomorrow with the payment as it is the 90 days exact through express for same day delivery prior to expiration will that work?

Tomorrow (Or I guess today, now) is the earliest date you can file. Your greencard expiry (07/01/2021) is the deadline. USCIS have been known to send back applications received on the earliest date. As long as your application is received on or before 07/01/2021, then you will be fine.

There is no way to send the money order without the application and all of the evidence and connect those two up; so if you have a copy of your application and evidence, I suggest you send the whole thing again. You are not likely to get the first application back for around two months because of delays in USCIS.

No.  Your package will be rejected and returned for no payment.  The deadline is the day your Green Card expires.  Your 90 window opened today, April 2, 2021.   Just make sure you resubmit a complete and proper I-751 package before your card expires.

Hello

I send my I-751 application through USPS on 03/13/2021 and it arrived at the P.O box in Phoenix, AZ on 04/02/2021. I had a G-1145 with my application, but now its 04/15/2021 and i still have no text or email from USCIS that they have my package. I contacted the Postal office where the P.O box for USCIS was located and they told me that my package was delivered to the intended P.O box. I've read a lot of people saying that they are in the same situation. Is it normal for USCIS to be ignoring the G-1145?

Thank you to anyone that responds and all the best!
