Nebraska Center. by April 18 it's already in NVC and fees as well.

Can I ask where it says that yours was processed at the Nebraska Service Center? My husband's parents cases don't have any information about where they are being processed.

 

Additionally, did you file online? We filed both on February 2nd, and on February 3rd, they changed to "case is being actively reviewed by USCIS."

Submitted application January 2, 2021 and got approved on April 16, 2021

Application for my mom got approved on April 16, 2021.  Should I go ahead and pay the necessary fees (AOS and Processing fees) now if I'm still waiting for the Police report from my mom?  I have no idea how long that will take since application is need to process via online now in the Philippines.

 It should be on you NOA1. It’ll said which service center. I filed online as well. That’s a good sign that it’s being actively reviewed.

That’s fine you can go ahead and pay for the fees. Approval noticed is valid for a year means you have a year to process everything.

It's strange - we checked both of our NOA1's and they came from the Texas Service Center. However, when we check online, it says they are being processed at the Nebraska Service Center. I'm wondering if there is another way to find out for sure!

Already sent the packet to NVC (May 1, 2021) and under processing for final review .

It's possible. They could transfer your case to other Service center. That's okay as long there's a progress

Hello, my i 130 for my parents got approved, case was transferred to NVC, Paid fees. I had a question on Affidavit of Support, do I have to file separate Affidavit of Support for each parent immigrating to US? If yes, will their interviews be separate?
