April 2021 AOS Filers NYC

Sent out my 4lbs package to Chicago, IL today.

Filed i130 & i485 concurrently, with i131 and i765;

Los Angeles here but also an April 2021 filer. Sent my package yesterday with I-130, I-485, I-131, and I-765.

 

I've been in the US since 2009 on F-1 and then TN statuses. Got married late last year to a US citizen, we finally got the petition/applications together over the past few weeks.

 

This is my first post but I've been a lurker for a while. I found the guides and forums here very helpful.

I will! UPS delivered my package to the Chicago Lockbox today. It looks like it's taking almost a month to get the notifications.

 

I'm slightly anxious that I made an obvious error (like forgetting to sign) and they'll reject the package. Triple checked everything before I sent it out, so fingers crossed.

Probably a good idea to run a copy of the package before you send it off so you can see if there's a problem like that.

 

  @bklyn24601  Your thread will get more action if you remove the NYC or April from your thread title.  The 2020 September AOS thread has about 23 members from everywhere.

@Skyman yup I definitely made a (digital scanned) copy of everything, and I've checked it over. I'll still feel better once we get the NOAs.

 

I know this whole process is going to be a long waiting game, but it will be worth it in the end.
