That could be what triggered the extra administrative processing.  They might be verifying your story .  Hopefully, they will issue your visa soon.

I know we r honest n it’s geniun relationship n we have a one n half year old son... why they not understanding why we have a son if it’s not real? It’s normal thinking

The issue Lucky Cat was pointing out was that your husband came on an immigrant visa, quickly divorced and married you.

Your son has nothing to do with it.

Thanks for replying dear... So am I and my husband we in trouble? Will never get approved dear? I’m so worried

No one here has any way of knowing the outcome.  All you can do is provide any further documentation they request, and wait.

Many times couples plan how they will get to the US. One of them will marry a USC under false pretence and then divorce the USC shortly afterwards. Then they will stage a plan to marry their true sweetheart and apply to bring that person to the US.  This is a well known strategy to the immigration officers.

Unfortunately, I think your case seems like one of those to them. Things they will probably check is how your husband came about his CR1. Did he have any children with his ex-wife. Why did he divorce his ex-wife?  How soon did he marry you after the divorce? How long did you know each other before you got married? Are you both from the same country, same town? and so on.

Even if you have a child with him, it may even raise more concerns if he did not have a child with his ex-wife.

So you have go be patient for them to check all this.  While your marriage may be genuine and authentic, the question could be - was his past marriage authentic?  That is what I feel the immigrations is investigating and that is why I feel they didn't ask you for anything because they believe your marriage is genuine but are not sure about your husband's past married. I will not be surprised if he is asked to be interviewed.

If both his marriages have been genuine and authentic then you probably have nothing to worry about - just wait and all will turn out to be fine.

Nothing is "fast" with the US immigration process.  It's frustrating, but that's the way it is unfortunately.  In your case, it could be basic administrative processing to check everything prior to making a final decision on your visa, which is completely normal, and that could take weeks, months, it's impossible to say.  Some have waited a year or two in AP from India.  They may be checking on your husband's prior marriage, looking into the circumstances, etc.  All you can do is wait patiently while AP runs its course, and submit any additional documents they may ask for, and be completely truthful if you or your husband are questioned about anything.  It may be fast or slow, there is no way to know for sure.  Good luck!

Having a child together doesn't  prove a genuine relationship  to USCIS, it only means there was a sexual encounter that produced a child.

Please complete your time line.

The only thing you could do is wait and check your status on CEAC. AP is fine, it get approved most of the time for spouse Visa. Check your status on CEAC after 2 pm in the afternoon because most of the time they change status in India after that, as there is no point to look CEAC all the time and get sleepless. 👍

You need to know what is incomplete and find out how to get it to them. Then you might need an immigration liaison to get it moving once you have all your documents straight with them.
