Hello guys hope your all ok and your keeping safe with your families.Have quick question it's been over I year and one month sense I submit my application for removal condition last year in Feb haven't had anything from the uscis everytime check my case its keeps saying fingers prints taken sense  sense last year nothing changed. My question is want to travel home next year it's been 4 years now.But my extention letter will expire soon want to file for my Citizenship but with the wait that's currently going afraid it will take awhile what should I do?

You can legally file for citizenship when you become eligible.  Whether you should or not is purely a personal decision.  No one here can tell you what you "should" do.

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

If you need to travel home, a few months before you leave make an appointment at your local USCIS office to get a I-551 stamp in your passport. This will allow you to leave and return with no issues if your extension letter is expired by the time you want to travel. If citizenship is your goal, file as soon as you are eligible. If you wait it just prolongs the process. you can have both ROC and I400 filed at the same time, it is the standard practice now it seems like as USCIS is so slow.
