LPR how to claim on taxes

My husband got his visa interview approval Feb 24, 2021. Stamped passport and entered back into US Feb 25, 2021 as a LPR. 2 weeks after this he received his SSN and now his GC should be here next week. We are filing married jointly but my question is since he was not a LPR in 2020 does he file as resident alien? We got married in 2017 and have been filing jointly since then. He has never left the US for like 20 years. Just a little confused. We are rescinding his ITIN and filing with SSN for 2020. Just wondering do we claim he is a resident alien GC holder or is that for our taxes next year since he only became a GC holder Feb 2021?

By filing a joint tax return since 2017, you have been claiming he is a resident for tax purposes.  You can continue to do so for 2020.

Thank you I figured we did.

Also I never got my children and I first stimulus check so I will claim that rebate for 2020. We got our second and third. Will any of these be able to be claimed for my husband or since he didn't get a SSN and we aren't claiming our taxes with his SSN until today is he just out of luck to ever get any of the 3?

Yes, he's eligible for all 3 stimulus if your combined income is lower than 150k.

Line 30 of the 1040 has an associated worksheet that determines eligibility and total amount. Then it will subtract  anything received early. Filing with a SSN will make him eligible as well as allowing you/children to claim first stimulus that was denied you because of his ITIN. Sounds like a very nice refund is coming your way.
