I-765 documents to include (c)(9)

I didn't include an I-765 with my wife's I-485 packet because I wrongly assumed it wouldn't be that long before her GC was approved.  Anyway,  before I send it off I'm wondering if I have everything.  The I-765 itself, copy of the I797C receipt for the I-485, her I-94, passport bio page, B-2 visas, and the G-1145 to get notified.  2 photos with A number.  I think everything else was in the I-485 pack.  Actually, I'm not sure if they want some of that but I figure they can toss what they don't need.

 

Am I missing anything?

You supply all required elements per the instructions.   Do not rely on a requirement included with a different application.   Each application should stand alone.
