@Sarge2155 - thanks for the thread / checklist!  I think you should move this part to the i-765 section of your OP, or mention it's a code for the i-765 (Page 3, Part 2, Item 27):

Be sure to use the correct filing code of (c)(9) if this code applies to you. The I-485 instructions explains all the codes in detail. If you are filing under a different code (other than (c)(9) the fee for your AOS will not be correct and USCIS will reject your entire packet.

 

That code is filled out in the i-765, not the i-485, unless I missed something completely obvious.

I sent the documents last Saturday and I just realized that I wrote (a) (6) on that section. Does that mean that my documents will be returned since I applied it with I-485.

Well, they cashed our check today, but no receipt message yet. So hopefully we will have those numbers soon 😜 Application mailed 4/13, received at the USPS Box Office 4/16.

Received our NOAs in the mail today - that's just a couple days after the texts arrived (Wednesday).  Check cleared our bank account the day after the texts.  NOAs should have arrived yesterday according to Informed Delivery, but our postal worker skipped our street for some reason 😆.

Just that you paid the correct fees 😜 The form fee for i-485 is $1140, biometrics (fingerprint) fee is $80... for our grand total of $1225 total payment to the USCIS. So your local field office can schedule your biometrics appointment in now that is has been paid for.

Hey guys, my AOS package with all the forms arrived 4/6, and it's not 5/25 and still nothing. No texts and my credit card wasn't charged yet. Starting to worry a bit, but a lot of people are saying to wait 4-8 weeks, and some say it can take up to 90 days. But most of you guys are receiving texts within about 3-5 weeks or so.
