Question about DS 260 - Children

My wife and I are working on her DS 260.  What a pain!  It logs off quite often in the middle of entering data, and it seems to have no rhyme or reason for the time before it logs off.  The I-130 online was quite good.  Now this one is quite bad.

Rant over.  My wife has 3 children.  The oldest, my step-daughter, is immigrating with my wife.  The two younger girls are already U.S. citizens, so they are not "immigrating".  For each child, there are the questions below.  For my step-daughter, I answered Yes, she is immigrating with my wife.  For the two U.S. citizens, I put "No" like shown below.

Is this the right approach?  Up to this point, they have not asked the citizenship of the kids, only the birthplace.

Don't overthink.   You're answers are appropriate for each situation
