HI, I HAD BEING READING YOUR EXPERIENCES, AND BELIEVE WAS A RELIEF. I AM A LITTLE NERVOUS, MY CASE SHOULD BE RESOLVE IN VSC ANY TIME DUING THIS MONTH CONSIDERING MY PRIORITY DATE, SO I WANT TO SHARE THIS INFO WITH YOU. THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO POSTED IN THIS FORUM. IT IS REALLY USEFUL FOR PEOPLE AS NEERVOUS AS I AM. :thumbs:

GREEN CARD DATE 03/28/2005 (WEIRD ISN'T? USUALLY THEY USE THE APPROVAL DATE)

I-751 SENT 12/15/2006

I-751 RETURNED PER FEE 01/06/2007

I-751 ACCEPTED - NOA 01/25/2007 (SENT TO VSC)

NOW .......... WAITING 1 MONTH MORE

Nov 30, 2004 Interview at Federal Plaza

Dec 28, 2004 Received Welcome to USA letter!!

Jan 3, 2005 GC Arrives - USCIS sent 10 year in error!!! Ack!!!

Jan 4, 2005 Called 800 # "referral" to get correct card

Jan 6, 2005 Online status says approval sent 12/30. huh???

Jan 11, 2005 infopass meeting - sent home, wrong type of appt

Jan 18, 2005 Infopass, I-90 filed, gc surrendered, I-551 stamp

May 2, 2005 Conditional Permanent Residence Card Arrives!

Dec 9, 2006 Mail I-751 priority mail (GC expires 12/20)

Dec 12, 2006 VSC receives application

Dec 15, 2006 OMG! Check for $205 bounces!!!

Dec 18, 2006 OMG! realize should have sent chq for $275 (fee changed)

Dec 19, 2006 Panic stricken call to information line - they give me receipt # and tell me no to worry.

Dec 20, 2006 $205 check clears. Phew!

Jan 9, 2007 NOA generated

Jan 25, 2007 NOA received

March 1, 2007 Biometrics Appt

July 9, 2007 Card Production ordered

July 17, 2007 Received Card!

I'm keeping an eye on Vermont -- I filed in February, so am not holding much hope out for anything green-card-esque arriving anytime soon... stranger things have happened though. ;)

09-03-1999: Arrive in US on F1 visa - later changed to J1 after graduation

09-04-1999: Met future hubby (still can't agree on which pub we met in)

10-23-2003: Got engaged!

10-24-2003: Submitted I-129F visa petition to VSC - approved 12-17-03

02-18-2004: Medical done and K1 visa issued in London - returned to US 02-29-04

04-16-2004: Got married!

05-03-2004: Submitted AOS/EAD/AP to Boston - NOA 05-06-04

06-02-2004: Biometrics done

07-30-2004: EAD approved & received card

07-31-2004: AP approved - letter arrived 08-05-04

02-19-2005: AOS Interview letter arrived

05-09-2005: AOS interview (374 days from filing) - PR card arrived 05-12-05

02-10-2007: Submitted I-751 petition to VSC - NOA 02-22-07

03-23-2007: Biometrics done

08-08-2007: I-751 approved

02-09-2008: Fed Ex'd N-400 to VSC - cheque cashed 02-13-08 - received NOA 02-22-08

02-11-2008: "Received / Priority Date" (02-15-08: "Notice Date")

03-07-2008: Biometrics done

04-25-2008: Interview letter arrived

06-12-2008: Interview - success!

09-04-2008: Oath
