We are over 50% who have heard something back. Still not great daily numbers, but they haven't decreased at least. RFEs were done yesterday (Saturday) in June, so they may continue with them as well this coming week as the Saturday RFEs usually indicated. As always, still hoping these last 2 weeks of May are kind to us all in April and the 142 still waiting in March (and 180 March filers who have turned in their RFEs).

 

And, I know I have written this a million times since November but... the inquiry date is March 31st today, so it should change back to April tomorrow and the earliest April filers can get in inquiries this week if they didn't before.

I was finally APPROVED on May 9th!! I am beyond exciteddd 😭😭❤️ after such a long wait we finally have hope that we are gonna be together soon. I used to check every minute of everyday and realized I was having so much anxiety so decided to leave it for a couple of days and also because i was on vacation but check today and Approved! 😍🎉  Have hope and patience everyone, your petitions will be approved soon 🙏

 

Does anyone know what is the wait time in ECUADOR for visa interviews?

It's going to get a lot worse, there are still 66% of april filers still waiting for approval. We're easily going to be into June with 50% of cases in April still awaiting decision.

Because they are processing June 2021 for last 3 Weeks. They had around 200 cases processed

The data comes straight from USCIS case status website. We are just scanning a range of cases for each month. Here's a post about the case tracker app:

Case tracker is good if you want to just scan your group. I think it goes up to a range of 999 cases or something so it is tedious if you need to scan a whole month. If you know how to code you can write a web scrapper script in python to go thru a larger range of cases on the USCIS case status form to extract the case data, save it, then generate a report from the data.

I cannot even explain how frustrated I am with USCIS.  But as an April filer (still waiting for NOA2), I feel bad for the May filers as they are being overlooked.  I am happy that a lot of June people are being approved in the last couple of weeks.  But doing this just so it will make USCIS look good, I don't think that is right.  Although what I think doesn't matter to USCIS really, so it's a lost cause for me to get frustrated everyday... I still get frustrated anyway, who doesn't? 

I now accept that USCIS is a broken establishment that needed to be treated from top to bottom.  This incompetence is just unbelievable.  I feel like we, the ones trying to bring our loved ones legally in the US, are being punished, while the illegals are free to enter the country.

Tomorrow is another day that me and my fiancé hope to get that sweet approval.  And if we're are not approved this week, we can only hope maybe next week.  And if not next week, maybe the week after.  At least we know it will come... eventually.  

I'm sorry for the negative aura.  It's just one of those days.
