I checked the spreadsheet earlier, and it seems March is close to finished? It seems that they might hit the last few days maybe tomorrow and early next week. Maybe then they can focus on April and begin more seriously on May. I think they did more cases overall this week, though I haven’t checked total numbers yet. Hopefully they did increase resources.

 We’re all exhausted!

March has: 147 untouched cases and 489 RFEs outstanding

April has: 1631 untouched cases and 484 RFEs outstanding

this led to low approval rate so far for Apr filers, also not sure if "RFE Received" column is updated on a daily basis, that low number compared to how much RFE been sent out is another astonishing fact for both March and April.

I think this has been asked before but... for all these RFE's... when they receive the information they've requested, do they then stop processing, to go back to those files? Does this stop new files from being approved for the time they have to review the RFE files?

Wondering if this will slow down our applications. I'm at 385 days today, this wait is infuriating, I hate them for how they've put our entire lives on hold like this with no end in sight

The current status of all cases in April (starting at WAC2190086338 and going to WAC2190130000), based on numbers from may 12th 2022.

Count Status
1630 Case Was Received
1132 Case Was Approved
230 Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent
160 Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent
106 Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice Was Sent
106 Case Rejected Because I Sent An Incorrect Fee
104 Case Was Rejected Because It Was Improperly Filed
88 Expedite Request Denied
84 Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received
71 Case Was Rejected Because I Did Not Sign My Form
36 Name Was Updated
33 Document Was Mailed
32 Case Was Denied
18 Date of Birth Was Updated
16 Request for Initial and Additional Evidence Was Mailed
13 Petition/Application Was Rejected For Insufficient Funds
9 Case Rejected For Incorrect Fee And Form Not Signed
8 Document Was Returned To USCIS
7 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
5 Case Rejected Because The Version Of The Form I Sent Is No Longer Accepted
4 Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed
3 Expedite Request Approved
3 Case Closed Benefit Received By Other Means
2 Duplicate Notice Was Mailed
2 Case Rejected For Form Not Signed And Incorrect Form Version
2 Expedite Request Received
1 Case Rejected For Incorrect Fee And Incorrect Form Version
1 Case Was Reopened
1 Fee Refund Was Mailed

3907 Grand Total

So in the RFE category there is 230 + 160 + 16 = 406 (so the sheet is pretty updated).

Isn't WAC2190086338 to WAC2190130000, May to August?

Same question I was going to ask, if you remove all withdrawal and rejected case, 2223 cases remain that need processing. Which is magical but still doesn't seem real hahaha. @Display Name2 please confirm this. Thanks in advance ☺️

Sorry, copy-paste mistake on the WAC numbers. These numbers are from WAC2190069000 to WAC2190082000.

I think so. That was my concern. Because the USCIS will have to go back to recheck the evidence for the RFE received cases. That's more than half of the cases being processed in the March group.
