Hey everyone,

I just read somewhere that I needed to submit a copy of ALL pages of my U.S passport with the petition. Is this true? I only submitted a copy of the photo page and signed page. I also sent a copy of my birth certificate. I’m afraid that I will get a denial letter because of this 😰

I dont think you would get a denial letter, but i would have included the passport and visa stamps pages as proof of meeting in the last 2 years.

Hey all! I thought these charts were pretty nifty in the other forums, so I made one for us to see how we've started off (data from case tracker app). I've hidden the approved/RFE columns for now since we don't have any, but once we do, I will update! There is also some stray cases from March thrown in and the beginning of May, but this gives us an idea of how many we are in April. Apologies if anyone has an NOA1 receipt # past 81500, I just cut it off once most cases were from May.

Also, ignore the bolded one. It's just were my case falls so I highlighted it for myself, haha.

And now time to settle into the waiting period!

Does anyone know what dates uscis is processing now. Mine got delivered on may 3rd so just curious as to when I can expect to receive the text

Case tracker says they are on May 3rd now, so should be very soon!

I never got a text or email, but they took the money out of my bank account a few days after my date showed on case tracker, so that confirmed that it had been assigned a number! Paper NOA1 followed a few days later.

Thanks and same! I really liked the visual look in the other forums! So helpful to see how things are going. We'll have to trade off posting once they get to our month or share the chart (mine is a google sheet, so it's shareable). ☺️

Maybe not denial letter. Just RFE. Dont be anxious. Just play it by the ear.

Cause me too... I think im gonna get RFE cause we only did one joint letter for intent to marry. So im thinking maybe well receive RFE

I've been going over older posts that have said it's mentioned to have all pages copied in the instructions for filling out the petition. Since those were older posts though (dated back in 2012), I think they might have changed the requirements and all pages are no longer required (or so I hope) because it's not mentioned in the instructions when I read them. I reside overseas so it'll be a bit difficult should I receive an RFE, that's why I'm freaking out a little. Also, pretty sure having the intent to marry on a joint letter is fine. As long as you've both signed, that should be all that matters.

Someone in the September discussion just received an RFE for a joint letter. They stated they had 1 statement and 2 signatures and someone suggested that they did a joint letter with 2 separate statements and the signatures and did not receive an RFE

It was actually charged on the 12th now I’m worried since we haven’t received email or text 😅

I saw in some other threads from different months that there are some people who submitted that G-1145 to get texts/emails and still didn't get them, only got the paper copy in the mail. Maybe that will happen - which is annoying when you're waiting for it! I live on the east coast and it took 4 business days for me to get the paper copy from the day my check was cashed.
