Yes, I have said that in the past, like February or so, and at that time I was kind of laughed off. Now I feel a lot of people see it as more realistic.

Also, their press release. The way it is done, the processing time will keep increasing until then, and at the time they will set up a new deadline. That type of press release is typical of organizations that have no action plan, no solution, and I feel it will stay that way. And I don't want to be the downer, but my approach is that I prefer to have information and bad news, than to be hopeful and in the dark. It will get to 2 years, and it will probably be this year.

I'm a March filer approaching a 13 month wait, and hell, at this point I just don't know. Our plans were to legally marry and then have a ceremony in Portugal. Initially we thought about the ceremony this year, and fortunately we changed it to 2023. Now, with the Visa situation, 2023 is on the way of not being realistic anymore, if we consider the advance parole, etc.

It is so bad because we planned ahead for what we thought was a significantly delay, but even that is most likely to be very insuficient.

So sorry you’re still waiting - can you enquire yet then? If so, have they replied to you? X

I’m curious  does 1 expedite mean exactly? I’ve been checking this range in the case tracker daily and see no change in approval, denial.

Oh sorry. I forgot to put the expedite result. For Expedites it's either approved or denied. In this case it was Expedite Denied.

Case Number range was: WAC21900748xx

Aha! You had 745 earlier rather than 748. I was confused.  thanks for the explanation.

The cases are grouped in blocks of 500 cases each, so 74500 goes up to 74999 etc

I try to scan the all the groups in the April 2021 Fliers: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1USXTWEww37JnWiCxW6ftP1UZjE6fKU2gn2Mk4OSVGLw/edit#gid=0

Desculpe, você ainda está esperando - você pode perguntar ainda? Se sim, eles te responderam?

I know well what and it happened the same thing to me when I am realistic when talking about things related to processing time there are always people who have entered the process now have their heads It's more refreshing for people who have been waiting for more than 1 year for NOA2 and nothing knows that reality is different and the younger ones don't understand...Saying that I'm at the stage of being realistic and not dreamy so I can hold on in this long wait

The last movement of this batch was 29th of March, here is the link to the daily updates for April 21 filers: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1USXTWEww37JnWiCxW6ftP1UZjE6fKU2gn2Mk4OSVGLw/htmlview?lsrp=1#

83 cases plus 16 cases for March, that’s 99 cases total touched! This is almost the most productive day of the year so far. Keep this momentum!

Is there a problem with USCIS today. I have been checking and have not seen any movement. Just 2 RFE in 71500 group?

Maybe. I did not post March numbers because it had zero updates on my first search, and I didn't want to bring the mood even more down.

Perhaps it will come later in the day, or tomorrow. Or maybe today is just a team building day. Who knows what is going on there.

After an amazing day yesterday, today is very disappointing. I don't see how they can only process so little...

69500: 2 RFEs
70000: 2 Approvals, 1 RFE
71500: 2 RFEs
72000: 1 RFE
76000: 1 Withdrawal
78500: 1 Approval
04/12/22: 10 Total Updates: 3 Approvals, 6 RFEs, and 1 Withdrawal

Nobody can crush hope as USCIS can. At this point they will probably take 2-3 months to process April. Crazy if you think, that they will spend entire year 2022 and maybe manage just to finish June 2021 applications...

Utterly insane and inexcusable
