13 Approvals - 1 from RFE

No new RFE

Slightly better, but still...

Tomorrow is Friday, so I'm not keeping my hopes high (of what is left).

Also, I don't know if these approvals are expedited.

I remember thinking I was low balling it by saying them doing 50 a day should put them on april in the next 2ish weeks

Now they're not even doing 50 with March and April combined 😞

Anyone know how does this work?

AB00F6DD-8AAA-42CB-BB48-FBC2AA7BFFE0.jpeg

In the first cell when moving from left to right, key in a WAC number, for example WAC2190070000. In the second cell key in how many you want to search. The most you can search is 500. Then click search. Once the search is complete it will give you all results. You may click on I-129F to view only those results. Click the chart to view a chart but remember to narrow down to I-129F again. Or you can export it to csv.

What is the name of the app? I'm interested in downloading it. Thanks!

App is called Case tracker. You insert your case number and you can search other cases

Hi All,

We're waiting for an NOA2 having filed end of April. Just wondering would a mandamus lawsuit like that previously done I think in 2020 be option for us all? Possibly remaining March, April and May cases atleast? Especially as we were given the impression of a 6-8 month time frame at the point of submitting an application that has now more than doubled?

I'm not an attorney and I'm giving "general info," not legal advice. My formal education is in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Theology. That said, I have worked as a tax accountant for a law firm and learned a modicum of legal knowledge through osmosis. You can bring suit and force USCIS to make decisions on our petitions. But our petitions would generally need to be one year outstanding and assuming a judge found in our favor, USCIS would have 60 days to make approval decisions. Most of our petitions would be approved by then. I'd definetely file a writ of mandamus if my NOA 1 was from late Summer 2021 or later and the processing times keep increasing. Things have to get worse to get better.

Interjecting a bit of humor into this, I find the intersection between tax accounting and theology quite interesting - like a modern-day St. Matthew, you are 😂

USCIS and the government in general can delay our petitions and create a lot of secondary problems for us and our families. But thankfully they can't take our sense of humors and sarcasm in my case.

I think we should do a class action against uscis, uscis has 60 days to approve, but maybe they approve early or are you sure all our April cases will be approved in 60 days? Besides it doesn’t hurt to file a class action

Definetely not against your idea. With the ever increasing backlog, I also think it's safe to say 60 days is an assumption. We just have to find a firm who will take the case.

I believe the ultimate fix is to double the application fee and hire more workers. Those who can't afford the increased fee can pay the current fee and wait longer. I would've gladly paid double and had my petition approved in six months.

I’d like to pay 10 times of the fees to get it approved in 3 months, I already spent 50000$ on the meetings and related costs but they don’t give such an option, my fiancé and her two kids need spend 40 hours from her hometown to mexico to meet, it’s very hard

I'm from April 19th and was also thinking about this. I think we should do something this is already unbearable
