We mailed our file on April 12th and they received on it on April 14th, Is it still taking long to receive confirmation? Thank you!

Received my case number this evening, was received on April 5th.  Next step!!!

As of today they are working cases received on April 8th, you aren't too far off.

Thank you! How do you track the cases? Do you use an app or something?

Yes you can use an app to follow the cases being processed by day. For apple I found Case tracker for USCIS to be the most useful, US flag symbol in a square
