USICS and Jaddou (head of agency) are very active on twitter. That is good place to voice our dissatisfaction with the current situation. Sometimes I belive they spend more time doing virtue signaling twits than actually doing something. Another good thing is, if you live in democratic district with Congressman standing for reelection in mid-terms, then contact them and voice your displeasure with the way this administration is solving situation with USCIS and Legal migration.

do you mean that they respond? I didn't see that many posts from them. I'm not much of a twitter user though, maybe I'm looking at it wrong. I'll try contacting the gov office in the state though, that's a good idea.

Honestly, probably not. But engagement on twitter especially on twitts made by Judou and USCIS will be visible to the persons that are using the account. Also it will be made visible to average American, that there are issues with the USCIS and that it is not all fine and dandy. The more post are complianing about K1 the better

Hi Cj have you received yours yet?

Nope. I’m on day 283 of the long wait. I was able to get one inquiry in before the push back of dates, but it just said that they had no timeline and offered no info. Now I guess I’ll be waiting 2 more months to be eligible to ask again if needed. Or longer if they kick it back yet again.

Hey guys! ~ Does anyone have an estimate on VJ when their petition will be approved who filed around the same time as me? - the 16th April.

Also.. does the i129F petition expire? I read somewhere that our petition will expire either at USCIS or NVC if no action is taken in 12 months? Or is the only expiry when we receive the visa?

Found this from a post online “The I-129F petition is valid for four months from the date of approval by USCIS. They’ll extend your case for 4-month increments as long as they see that you’re actively working on it (i.e emailing them, scheduling interview, submitting visa fee, etc.). The maximum they’ll extend it is 12 months.”
