Exactly one month (30 days) from the time you received your inquiry response, not the date filed. If you don't know when this is, you can call USCIS and they'll provide you the exact date.

So next Friday since my response was Jan. 4. Thank you! Hopefully I get more information this time.

Com que frequência posso enviar uma consulta de caso? Minha última foi em 22/12 e recebi uma resposta em 4 de janeiro

I made my first inquiry on 12/22/2022 they answered that automatic response on December 29th, then I see people saying that with 30 days you can request another one, I have 33 days already I tried Do the 2 Inquiry and they say that there is still an inquiry in progress and that it is necessary to wait 30 days when these 30 days have passed

now I was confused because when I requested the second inquiry here in the message it says that 30 days from the day the inquiry was requested and there is no response from USCISScreenshot_20220124-195745_Chrome.thumb.jpg.acdf16a947a7c1096c43b4e79341bf23.jpg

As mentioned above, it might be 30 days after you receive the response, so you have to wait until January 29 to submit a new one. I tried submitting an inquiry as well, but it didn't go through since it's still too soon.

So I ran the chart last night since there was notice of an approval, and it was literally the only one. No other approval or RFE in our chart yesterday. Just one very lucky couple!

Here’s the link. Usually run sometime after the week is over Friday and updates posted here unless something of interest and time has me run it earlier in the week.

Those late April filers are extreme exceptions; focus now is on mid-March, which is a really heavy group. 2.3k March filers are waiting still, along with a handful of February. There were some oddities in processing a few months ago when a whole bunch of April filers got taken, but that appeared to be a mistake and never happened again. For reference, it appears as if they'll be processing at least 300-350 cases from here on out, so take that as you will. Follow us March filers to see where they are, and best of luck! :)
