APRIL 2021 I-129F K-1 FILERS

Nothing yet! Mine was received by the lockbox on 4/1. I see on the app they're up to 4/2, but they haven't cashed my check yet or texted me. Been checking my bank account like a crazy person lol. I'll start worrying if they haven't cashed the check by the weekend!

Curious what lockbox did it go to, Texas?  Seems that is where 129F's go then scanned and sent to CSC  I wanted to overnight mine, but couldn't, one of the drawbacks to Rapid Visa among others.  Mine took a week to hit the lockbox via USPS.

I hope you get your notice soon, good news is I see they are rejecting applications from the 19th if things were not in order, so am assuming ours are in process

Yep! I sent mine FedEx to Lewisville, TX. On the USCIS site under processing times, it looks like California is the only location that is reviewing I-129F's at the moment, but I'm not positive. You're right - I think it's a good sign that ours haven't been returned. I think if there's anything glaringly wrong they return it quickly (like incorrect fee, missing pages, etc).

I'm joining this one. We sent ours the 15th of April. This is our second application. We sent one the 3rd of March which we are we are sure has been lost since we've heard nothing.

Update: I see that they cashed my check this morning!

Here is my timeline for this step so far:

 

3/31/21 - sent packet to USCIS via FedEx

4/1/21 - delivered at lockbox

4/19/21 - the day the case tracker app showed 4/1/21 petitions

4/21/21 - check cashed by USCIS

Yay! I see you'll be going to the Dublin embassy. Jealous! My fiance lives in Northern Ireland and has an Irish passport, but since he's a resident of NI they're making him go to London. Way more complicated!

Yup in Dublin! But I didn’t see any announcement that they’re resuming the K1 processes? I have seen though for March 2021 they have only issued 5 visas. But I’m still positive though that they will once the lockdown is lifted  But I guess in London they have commenced already. 

 

And good news, my fiancé received the text from USCIS today. We got our NOA-1 too!

Does you text and NOA tell you what service center is handling your case?  From the processing timeline it appears my case will stay in Texas. It shows Texas working on April 5th, and California already working next week?  Am I reading things incorrectly.

Hi. From what I read it depends on the receipt number they send you. Ours was WACxxxxx so it is at California Service Center.

 

SRC - Texas Service Center (TSC)
LIN - Nebraska Service Center (NSC)
WAC - California Service Center (CSC)
EAC - Vermont Service Center (VSC)
MSC - Missouri Service Center (MSC)
NBC - National Benefits Center (NBC)
