I have a question... my processing time shows:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 4, 2022 and January 8, 2022*.

Is that timeline a reflection from the VJ collected data or as a whole (like whole K1 applications including the ones that are not registered to VJ)?

Thank you!

Like everyone else as my estimated approval date gets closer I get more anxious.  According to the USCIS after about December 5th my case will be considered outside the normal processing window and I can initiate an online inquiry.  I am wondering if this helpful or a hindrance (the squeaky wheel gets the grease!!). ??  Sit on your hands or start communicating?  Anyone with any experience??

I am more fortunate than some as Marisa and I are spending November until March together in Mexico; she will leave earlier if we are lucky enough to get a timely approval!!

Thanks Keith

I usually try to be positive, but man...seeing how January and February still has a bunch of people pending is really bumming me out today. Today marks 7 months for me since my receipt date and it feels like there's still a lifetime of waiting ahead of me. Just one of those days.

I feel the same way! I got an email this morning from VJ saying my newest estimated date of approval is Jan 6 :( does anybody else's date just keep getting pushed back from VJ and is that date pretty accurate?

Same feelings. We’ve been so hopeful to see some movement before the end of the year, and that seems more unlikely everyday. It’s bad enough to spend the holidays apart; I was at least hoping we’d start the new year excited to move on to the NVC stage and have a bit more of a timeline in mind since our embassy has no backlog currently. This whole process would be so much better if we at least had some tentative and possible end dates in mind. Fingers permanently crossed everyday for more movement! I’m thrilled for those that have been approved, but it’s demoralizing seeing cases around mine approved (I’m an unlucky in the lucky group) and have absolutely no info on our case!

I got an email fom VJ as well and my estimate date moved to late January, not very promising.. hopefully they are wrong and it happens sooner.

I hear you!  Few weeks back, I was in one of those moments.  Fiancé and I trying to encourage each other, telling each other to stay positive... but it's not easy.  Especially the holidays' coming.

We have no choice but to hang tight, even though it's hard, and hopefully our case will be pick soon.

Hi All! So I ended up running a March chart since they hadn't posted one and I know we are getting anxious as our potential dates get closer. You can see the March chart in their forum (FYI: no movement yet).

And since I was running their numbers I also went ahead and ran our full chart as well. Here's hoping for some good news for some of us sometime soon!

Thank you for the chart! I belong in the 69000 group and still no movement :( No movement at all.. Good for those lucky 70000s who got approved already. But we're still keeping our fingers crossed and hopeful that we can all still get our NOA2s this month, or even before this year ends. It's been 9 months now since I last saw my fiancé but still holding on!

1 approval from the RFE this week.

Very slow week.  I also ran the early March cases and there's only 1 or 2 approval/s.  I wonder why they put in the processing date when they're actually not working on that date.  :(

Very sad that everything seems to have stopped and my estimated approval has increased by a month in just the past two weeks. It’s been so quiet here. :( I know a lot of March filers have submitted an RFE and had an automated reply telling them to wait until late November. Doesn’t bode well.

Thank you for running the numbers!

Thanks for running them! I'm hopeful we at least see them starting April by the end of the year to have a little peace of mind that things are moving forward!

I also included the snippet they have posted on USCIS which always says the estimated time is from 2 months prior, so they must have been working a bit faster then. Hopefully we see movement this week or next from February into March, but it might also be a short week for them since Thursday is Veteran's Day and most us of that work in government jobs have the day off.

I'll personally feel a bit better when I see more March cases being worked on as that means every approval from someone else is one step closer to our approval as it means one less case in front of mine (at least that is the positive mantra I try to keep during this long wait 😪)!

Yes, we've noticed in the other groups that the week cases are sent from NVC to embassy, USCIS works a little slower which has some of us thinking that USCIS follows there schedule as well and send a bunch of cases to NVC the same week NVC is sending cases to embassy.

As you mentioned this week is veterans day, Nov 11th but its also the week for NVC to embassy on Nov 9, 10. Hopefully they will start moving faster. i expect this week to be a slow week as well.
