Hi everyone,

I am from india and we applied for k1 on 21st May 2021. It’s been so long and it’s frustrating. Can someone tell me time Timeline ?

There's a thread here for May fliers:

It looks like they are mainly processing June and starting to move onto July fliers. Perhaps you can make an inquiry with the USCIS?

Thankful for @Xiaova and others for running the numbers.

But, really USCIS???? Not one approval????

I don't blame the one who withdrew their case.  We were soooo close to that until we got our RFE two weeks ago.  Frustrating to know that after 16 months, we got RFE... but in a way, happy to know that at least they looked at our case.  Now we sent and received our RFE docs, another waiting game.  This whole ordeal is going on 17 months now.

Does anyone know what happens if we can't get an interview before our approval expires? There are no interviews at the Armenian embassy.

it might depend on the embassy i'm not positive, but for us we just needed to bring an updated statement of intent to marry to the interview since ours was expired.
