I wonder if the kids need the long form BC as well or just mine 🤔 because we have our two K2s

BC format requirement is the same for K1s and K2s.  Note that for Canada, the DOS website explicitly states that short-form BCs are not acceptable for visa purposes.

Thank you. I appreciate the response. I will wait until Monday before giving them a call if I don't get anything in the mail.

Our RFE was received June 9th, 27 days ago. I know there were some people with RFE received in May, and April, still waiting.

To NVC can take about a month (at least in my recent experience). So lets say your case arrived June 25th

The shipping date had already passed on the 21st. Even if it arrived on the 19th, its possible it wasnt proccessed by the time the shipping date came.

The next shipping date is tomorrow and Wednesday. Due to the holiday, it might be Wednesday thursday but who knows.

I wouldn't consider your case stuck yet. This would likely be your first shipping week since reaching NVC. Everyone I've seen recently at the Montreal consulate was in transit the first shipping week, so following that formula its pretty likely you'll hear back this week unless things somehow slowed down again.

If you look at my timeline, mine took almost a month and a half too.

Hey there, could you tell me the shipping dates? I can't seem to find that info anywhere else. thank you!

Its every other Tuesday. There is a schedule somewhere on VJ of it, but its off a bit. Most recent was yesterday, so the next will be the 19th, 2nd of August, etc.

If you ever forget, Just look at those who got in transit and count from then

March(6) + April(47) + May(111) + June(20) = 184 total updates

The question is does this include the small numbers from Tuesday and Wednesday for around 200 total updates for 2 days, or did Wednesday really hit 180+ cases touched?

Usually she only posts updates for the day.

I think those are only Wednesday numbers.

We are good to go. I have long form BC's for all 3 of us. Had me wondering so I double checked.

Our lawyer is sending us some form that now asks for assets and such, im confused and anxiously awaiting the papers to figure out what our next steps are now. The consulate should be receiving our file within the next few days

My NOA2 was actually one day before yours, but still nothing from NVC😭

its consulate based, not who's first based.

Montreal has cleared its backlog so people are in transit the first shipping date.

Your consulate must have some sort of line, even if small

First your case will be ready. At that point all you can do is wait for your P3 to arrive in the mail. You can email for it as well but I personally dont recommend it, just because I theorize that's what delayed my p4. Others who sent theirs after me already got their p4 and there's no other difference between us.

Your p3 will give you instructions on 3 things to send to the consulate via email. (Ds-160, passport scan of beneficiary page, and a copy of the p3 checklist)  It'll tell you any interviews booked at this point will be instantly denied.

After you send that, you wait for p4 which grants you the ability to book your interview. Ive been waiting for 16 days for my P4, it can take 5 weeks.
