THANK YOU for updating the numbers everyday! Just curious did you run those numbers per 500 through the case tracker app or do you have some sort of coded program that can do it in an efficient way? Cuz I know how long it take to using the app......took me 5 mins per 500 search, and to do this from 69500-81500 needs a lot of time lol (again , I really appreciate your time and effort)

I use a script to scan the data for each month and another to generate the grouping that I paste for the daily updates. It's too tedious to do this manually especially if scanning multiple months 😬. Also, I only scan cases that are I-129F (after the first time) and skip scanning cases that are approved / rejected again so months like March / April will go much faster now.

I think the case tracker app works great if you are just scanning your group though.

Hello Everyone,

Our K1 case is ready at Adu Dhabi, UAE embassy since April 13, but the consular hasn't sent me the instruction email to schedule an appointment. I contact them via email twice and thier response was "Please note that we will send you some information as soon as we receive your file." Has anyone been in this situation before? What should I do?

Thanks!

I've heard that sometimes it never comes.

I think you should give them a call to see what's the website to schedule your interview.

I believe this might be the website.

https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Afterwards you hit were it says "Check my application status" and put in your info.

I think it'll let you know if your case in READY, which it looks like it is.

Then you might need to go here to schedule the Fingerprints and interview maybe.

https://ais.usvisa-info.com/

Definitely check with USCIS.

This is information I got a couple months ago from a user in this forum.

Hope everything goes well. Please see the image attached. Visa-1.thumb.JPG.ebfdff18375755edb424bf4e2c47f39b.JPG

Thank you for your quick response. For K1 visa, Abu Dhabi embassy won't let you submit DS160 nor schedule for visa until you receive an instruction email from the consulate. I know this is very confusing because it's not clear to what needs to be done from our end.

I wanted to update anyone who was interested in our RFE. It came in right before i was leaving the country for 3 weeks so it had to sit until I got back in order for me to deal with it.

Case was updated to RFE on 6/17, letter arrived in the Mail on 6/23. The reason for RFE? They said I didnt answer all the questions, specifically the question about have i ever been arrested, convicted, etc.. I was sure this was a mistake, I loaded up my PDF to see if had indeed missed this question, and I in fact did not. I feel like I have read this before where someone said the same thing happened to them, but it feels lazy, or dishonest even. Regardless, I answered the question on the document they sent and overnighted the letter back to USCIS and it arrived this morning. Now waiting for it to change to RFE Received.

It happened to me when I was trying to fill out the i-134 form. I entered all the information, checked all the necessary boxes and saved the document in PDF. Then, when I printed out the file it was only partially filled and some of the boxes were left unchecked. It looked like it was random, some of the pages were fine and some were not. So the problem only happens when you print the file.

There's been a lot of RFEs, what do you think is going on? It seems like ad many rfes as Approvals, as if every application had to get an rfe before Approval. Is it possible we are all forgetting some major info or that they've become stricter somehow?

Not really sure but they have had weeks were there were tons of RFEs followed by higher ratio of approvals. I really do feel like overall they have seem to be more strict for at least a month now.
