Has anyone seen any case where k1 filers sued USCIS?

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they have our lives on hold for over a year and yet, they can’t even give us any decent explanation nor are they held accountable for it.
I feel that we should be compensated in some way, whether it’s financial (for plane tickets?) or a guarantee to process our green card or work authorization faster or something.
I saw this post from an immigration attorney talking about suing USCIS (for naturalization) and being successful.

Should this apply to k1 filers patiently waiting for this process to be over?

There were some but ultimately you need to pay a good bit in general and they only benefit those who sue.

There were some before the k1 had NIE and many embassys just stopped interviewing for k1 that lead to success, but it only benefitted those who could afford to pay to join the suits

After 416 days, I'm finally approved! I'm so glad the nightmare and anxiety is over. Now on to the next step.

I'll continue to update numbers at least for April and May fliers since I can easily update them during lunch / after work since I work remote.

Congrats!

Here are the mid day updates:

73000: 1 RFES (1 new / 0 in progress)
73500: 2 Approvals (2 new / 0 in progress)
74000: 1 Approval (1 new / 0 in progress)
74500: 1 RFES (1 new / 0 in progress)
75000: 1 Approval (1 new / 0 in progress)
76500: 1 RFES (1 new / 0 in progress)
79000: 1 Approval (1 new / 0 in progress)
79500: 1 Approval, 1 RFES (2 new / 0 in progress)
80000: 1 Approval (1 new / 0 in progress)
81500: 1 Approval (1 new / 0 in progress)
06/03/22: 12 Total Updates: 8 Approvals, and 4 RFESs

Not a lot of updates so far, hope they come in towards the end of the day like they have been for the past 2 days.

I have noticed the tendency for updates coming in later as well - even from yesterday there is a few more updates than what was posted here. Maybe some even came in this morning, but are dated yesterday.

So far for May (counting after 82000 to not overlap with the numbers here) there is 8 updates (one of them is a withdrawal) and the highest group touched is 85000.

Yeah, I wonder if some are back dated from yesterday but updated the next morning. I noticed 2 more came in from the 6/02 batch for April. I usually try to start the EOD scan around 7pm PST since I doubt the USCIS will be working at that time.
