Anyone here over 400 days? I’m approaching by 400 and very anxious

I called Uscis # to try to talk to someone to see if my address was updated correctly after I submitted the form. The automated voice told me… “if you keep asking to talk to a representative I will disconnect “ and she did!

 😩

I'm at 415 days. Worse part is that they push the inquiry date back to July so I can't even email them about it.

We had the same thing when we tried to call - we found a work around if you say ‘update details’ it should put you through to a person - that said she was very unhelpful also, we asked to speak to her manager again who was just as useless.

Tried calling USCIS phone number today but is literally not reachable. It just says “sorry please check the number and dial again” 🫠 what’s going on with USCIS these 2 days?!!  This morning it still worked but now just down. Has anyone tried calling and if the phone line works?

They are processing so few cases and now the phone line is down🥹 409 days… I am just so pissed off that they are processing May and June now when there are hundreds of March and April cases mounting.

i am supposed to hear back from tier 2 officer via email these 2 days but have not heard back still.

So far today, approximately half the updates are after 81500 and half before. Looks like the shift to processing May have started. They typically moved on to the next month once it's around 500 untouched cases left, with a around 700 untouched april cases left this seems to follow that pattern. Still, what my speculations are doesn't matter - what matters is what they do. Unfortunately, today they have not done much so far.

(April to June, my current numbers for today is):

Approvals: 31

RFES: 12

Withdrawal: 1

other: 2

I think I might really lose my if they move on to May... I've been holding it together up until now but barely and I think I really might have a full on breakdown. I should sue USCIS for therapist fees.

I am May Filer, but I honestly hope that they don't move to May before they finish March and April. Because I personally dread when I think, that I my case might be left behind, literal USCIS limbo.

Yes, I agree as well. They should finish in order. I am May as well and would love to see them finish  earlier months first. For the anxiety we are having to deal with, the least they can do for us is to give some predictability/certainty. I know they don’t owe us anything, but they created a process and we are all following.

except they do owe us something, we've paid our fees which pay for them to process our documents. we are also tax paying citizens. we've paid their salaries and for them to work on our process so they DO owe us.

I have lost all of my faith in government during this process.
