   If Biden does touch a child, it's kind of strange to me that there are a group of people who actually imagine that as pedophilia. Why do they imagine that? Republicans have been concocting pedophilia conspiracies since the 70's. Probably longer than that. What credibility is there calling out things you imagine, but being unable to call out the behavior of a guy who is actually being investigated for having sex with a minor?

Who is failing to call out Gaetz?  He appears to be a very reprehensible individual,but as we know DC is full of people like that.  As to conspiracy theories, it is not just Conservatives that fall for those.

  No, but it is certainly an issue on the right at the moment. It is a small minority, but they seem to have an influence that is disproportionate to their numbers. From Pizzagate (punch sound) to massive voter fraud to vaccine microchips to space lasers. Something they probably should work at moving away from. There are real life problems we should focus on.

Compared to some of the whoppers the Left/Dems/MSM perpetrate, it seems like a non-issue, but whatever, it is the Conservatives/Right/GOP/Right leaning media that are the problem.

Who has said that?  The closest thing I found is let the investigation conclude, but I don’t see anyone from any political bent defending him here.  Of course we get some “whataboutisms”, which is fairly typical and pretty much used by everyone at some time or another.  So please show where anyone is defending Gaetz’s behavior, or at least what is publicly known about it?

  I didn't notice any examples of whoppers provided, but I think you are actually on to something. You focus a lot on the left leaning media, but it is good you have realized the right leaning media is just as big of a problem. There is certainly a lack of variety, and a real shortage of viable alternatives on the moderate right. We should also realize all media is driven by the viewer, not the other way around.

  I wasn't saying no one called him out. I am saying a couple of people seem to have taken a more defensive approach. The posts are all there. Most people realize what Gaetz did was wrong, legally and morally, and are able to just come out and say that.
