Documentarily Qualified Issue

I got an email yesterday that my mother's case has been Documentarily Qualified. When I logged into CEAC, it also says DOCUMENTARLIY QUALIFIED in messages. But some hours later, it says one document is missing in Civil Documents. Even though that document has been uploaded and accepted . What does that mean? Did anyone have issue with this?

Yes I had the same problem. We are on the IR1 journey and had exactly the same thing occur. I resubmitted the document asked for and it is still showing as submitted 3 months later! I also used the NVC contact form to make an enquiry about it, I had a reply just confirming that the case was DQd and that it was in line to be scheduled a consulate interview. This was January 15th and yes like others we are still waiting an interview appt due to the COVID backlog. Hope this helps.

Nice to hear from you. So Should I just ignore that? By the way I just did ASK NVC.

I would not ignore the missing document warning until you get some confirmation directly from NVC about the issue. Since you have contacted them, hopefully you get a response soon.

I got an email 1 nov  11:34:03 EDT that I am DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED. The very next day I saw a tab which says police clearance certificate missing which is already uploaded and accepted. I am really confused as I contacted Indian embassy in Toronto and they have verified thrice its a valid document. I was not sure and also tried uploading the Indian PCC again in the missing document tab it gives an error Select a File: Webservice unable to scan file. I have raised a webform. I live in Canada currently on work permit and i got 2 police clearance certificates one from RCMP Canada and other from BLS Canada Indian Embassy in Toronto, Ontario for US immigration from India and 2 months ago i saw it accepted. Now I am DQ and i can see a new tab which says police clearance certificate india missing and cannot attach anything to the missing tab link gives an error Select a File: Webservice unable to scan file.

Anyone can help please

Ignore it. It’s a glitch and it happens to many. You’re DQ, don’t do anything now.
