Possibly. Lawyer says cancellations happen and to check in and ask but I don’t want to email them everyday. I want to feel grateful we have an interview in two months. I might check in a month to see if there’s been any cancelations..

We are in the same boat. Interview scheduled for July 19 in Sydney. If you find out about how to get an earlier date please post it here.

Will do. And good luck!

We've been "At NVC" stage for almost 2 weeks now. Our embassy is Singapore, and they should still be processing K1s. Are there any steps that we may have missed that is preventing our case from leaving the NVC, or is it a waiting game at this point?

You just need to wait. It's normal. NVC sends documents every other Tuesday and Wednesday, so this week they will be mailing files to the embassies, next date is June 8th & 9th etc. There are no steps you missed.

Still waiting to reschedule our interview. I've tried 4 email addresses and 2 phone numbers, and they all direct me back to 1 email address that I haven't been able to get a response from for a few weeks now.

Hoping we hear back soon, the interview date we were given was the worst possible date -- just 5 days later and it would've been perfect.

Did you call to figure out your NVC number? Or did you wait for the letter/email? Our NOA2 was March 30th, I sent an NVC enquiry to update our email addresses and I'm not sure whether we should wait for our number or if I should start calling in 2-3 weeks.

You start calling our NOA2 was 26th March and I received my NVC case number on 25th of April ...I called them was on hold for 25 minutes
