Hi everyone..  short question about the online form for I-130:

I am currently living together with my spouse + children same address..

- I think I need to fill that in the form below, but it requires me to put in a date. I read elsewhere that

poeple put "present" in the pdf-form for this question (Field 60.b. in the pdf form). But thats not possible

in the online form as can be seen in the screenshot below:

How did you guys do this in the online form?

Thx for any help!

Best, Tom

you could possibly run into this situation for a few things, always put the most current date as that's the only thing you can. Has been working for everyone.

I had my case approved. They give you an option to add additional information.

In the section you're having trouble with I just put the date when I submitted the application.

In the additional information I gave them the page and the section and explained that we currently live together and that "PRESENT" would have been a more appropriate answer.

We did the same and were approved as well. We put the most recent date, which is the date of the day we submitted our online application.
